As a Credit Manager you will proactively establish and administer policies, procedures and controls, develop credit and collection strategies and manage a staff of credit analysts for a company focused on commodity merchandising in both domestic and foreign markets. This person will work within a team environment with sales, operations, and finance to insure that Viserion is exploring all manners possible of maximizing the company’s sales potential with all customers while prudently managing credit risks.
Primary responsibility is the operation of the grain elevator as it pertains to loading, unloading and transferring grain and grain products in an efficient, safe and sanitary manner. Also assists or leads in all other aspects of grain handling, storage, maintaining facilities/equipment and elevator operations.

This role will be part of the Management Services group within the Viserion group of companies, providing support to both the Management Services entity and the Operating Companies with a focus on Accounts Payable. The role will have opportunities for advancement across all areas of the group of companies. This position has been approved for a hybrid work schedule out of the Company's Boulder, CO office.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 with additional earning potential. The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) with employer match.

This position is responsible for overall management of our grain elevator facility in Helena, AR in support of the Company’s operational and commercial business plan while focusing on safety, productivity, and profitability.
The Viserion Grain Management Trainee Program will provide selected candidates with the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive training program designed to teach you all the elements of a grain elevator and how to effectively manage a facility. This program will pave the foundation for your next position as a Manager, Superintendent, or Merchandiser based on your career ambitions.
This position will be based out of one of the Company's grain elevators, with the opportunty to work from other locations to be exposed to different facilities and regions.
The Viserion Grain internship will provide selected candidates the opportunity to gain an understanding of commercial and operational activities by fully participating in everyday processes. The program is outlined with expectations yet still allows individuals to concentrate on specific areas of interest.
This position will be based out of one of the Company's grain elevators, with the opportunty to visit more than one location during the internship.
