This role will be part of the Management Services group within the Viserion group of companies, providing support to both the Management Services entity and the Operating Companies with a focus on Accounts Payable. The role will have opportunities for advancement across all areas of the group of companies.  This position has been approved for a hybrid work schedule out of the Company's Boulder, CO office.

 

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 with additional earning potential.  The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) with employer match.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Treasury Manager with global implementation of the company’s accounts payable, purchase order, and expense system – SAP Concur.
  • After completion of the global Concur implementation, act as lead administrator of the system for the Management Services entity and across all operating companies.
  • Provide support to the Treasury Manager with daily tasks related to one of the Viserion operating companies, Viserion Grain within banking, accounts payable, and other areas.
  • Assist the Controller with daily tasks related to the Management Services entity within both Treasury and Accounting.
  • Helps to maintain the integrity of system information to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with the various Management Services teams and Operating Companies’ corporate teams to create strong business partnerships.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and participate in special projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, while taking action to remediate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
