This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to Trader(s) and outside counterparties. The position also works closely with the company’s financial accounting staff. The position is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of the full cycle of the trade process from contract entry to settlement and related support to customers and suppliers.
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experience. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 , with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, this positoin is incentive eligible.

Primary responsibility is the operation of the grain elevator as it pertains to loading, unloading and transferring grain and grain products in an efficient, safe and sanitary manner. The Viserion Grain Management Trainee Program will provide selected candidates with the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive training program designed to teach you all the elements of a grain elevator and how to effectively manage a facility. This program will pave the foundation for your next position as a Manager, Superintendent, or Merchandiser based on your career ambitions.
This position will be based out of one of the Company's grain elevators, with the opportunty to work from other locations to be exposed to different facilities and regions.
The Viserion Grain internship will provide selected candidates the opportunity to gain an understanding of commercial and operational activities by fully participating in everyday processes. The program is outlined with expectations yet still allows individuals to concentrate on specific areas of interest.
This position will be based out of one of the Company's grain elevators, with the opportunty to visit more than one location during the internship.
Temp will be responsible for a variety of work such as general housekeeping and preparing for the harvest season.
